Biography

Grace supports the Center for Health Workforce Studies (CHWS) under both the Allied Health and Health Equity grants. She collaborates with lead investigators and other researchers in all phases of research, including drafting and managing study protocols in collaboration with the project team, obtaining Institutional Review Board reviews, collecting data and preparing it for analysis, maintaining databases, conducting analyses, and reporting findings. Her previous work includes research on equity in global health interventions and program evaluation. She received her Master's in Public Administration from the University of Washington, where she specialized in mixed methods research and program evaluation.
